Frank Fisher started with Crane-Hogan in 1983 and has served as one of Crane-Hogan's key Project Managers since 1990.
Frank has an extensive successful history in completing complex road, tunnel and bridge rehabilitation and new construction projects for the NYSDOT and other Owners, including the Veterans Memorial Bridge over the Genesee River Rehabilitation, the Greater Rochester International Airport Runway Safety Improvement Tunnel construction and two NYSDOT Design-Build projects near in Syracuse and Tully, NY.
Frank received a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering Technology from the Rochester Institute of Technology in 1984. Frank lives in Brockport, New York.
