Crane-Hogan traces its roots to 1975, when Daniel C. Hogan and James R. Crane started the business.
Crane-Hogan has completed two major Lock Rehabilitation projects for the New York State Canal Corporation. One between 1994 and 1995 at Lock 34 & 35 in Lockport, NY, and the other completed between 2017 and 2020 at Lock O-7 in Oswego, NY. These projects involve difficult concrete removal and replacement work, while working in winter conditions. These projects include gate replacements and complicated electrical scopes of the work, which Crane-Hogan hires specialized Subcontractors.
